Please note that direct messages via social media (except Discord) are generally not monitored or responded to.
2. Availability and Response Time
- Business Hours: Weekdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (JST)
- Closed on: Weekends, national holidays, and other scheduled breaks
- Response Time: I aim to reply within 2–3 business days. However, depending on the content and volume of inquiries, a longer response time may be required.
3. Inquiries Not Accepted
I do not respond to the following types of inquiries:
- Sales pitches, advertisements, or unsolicited partnership offers
- Anonymous messages or those without valid contact information
- Messages containing offensive, harassing, or inappropriate content
- Requests for free services or unpaid work (exceptions may be considered based on content)
